I doubt this photo does this house justice… The incredible tree in front and the white picket fence alone make me drool - and this house on an oversized lot is just incredible.
And I’m not the only one that thought so - several other Zephyr real estate agents were drooling over it on the way to/from a new listing coming up on Beaver Street.
I think I officially have house envy!
I just swung by FoamOrder.com on Howard Street in SoMa to order a piece of foam for a new doggie bed. Just thought I’d mention that the service that Megan gave was outstanding. She even saved us a couple of bucks with some savvy ordering. 
Sunol Regional Wilderness is filled with trees! This one stood out on its own though. I felt very small standing under it.

Even Realtors occasionally need a day off. Today my boyfriend and I took our dogs to the Sunol Regional Wilderness.
Of course I still have a ton of work to do when I get home, but it was nice to enjoy the sunshine and the outdoors.

By the way - the food at the Cherry Blossom Festival was awesome! Unfortunately, the lines were too long for me to sample it all - but I can vouch for the Lumpia and the Teriburger.
And if anyone say me dancing the “Electric Slide” with the Teriburger sign guy, it SOOOOO was me. Yeah. I said it. I have no shame. I can “Electric Slide” with the best of them (or maybe it’s the worst?) 
This is just one more thing I love about San Francisco - you never know when you’ll have a chance to get your groove on!
I spent some quality time at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Japantown today. It was a ton of fun, and I even got to be Godzilla for a minute. I felt very powerful!

It’s a windy day on Dolores Street. Good thing the palm trees are sturdy because they are getting their butts kicked by the wind!
I know, I know. Fridays don’t really exist in a Realtor’s world. I mean - we call them ‘Friday’ but they have much less meaning to us than to the average person with a normal 9-5 job. Why? Well, because we (most of us anyway) work on the weekends.
But I always like Fridays nonetheless, and find myself in a better mood, and maybe it’s just because everyone else’s good mood rubs off on me.
And really, for the most part - I don’t miss Fridays. I love what I do for a living and even if I have to work on the weekend, it doesn’t feel like work.
So Happy Friday to you all… And the photo?
Well, that’s the orchid I have managed not to kill thus far - which is yet another reason to be happy.
